Sales are final
Custom garments and accessories are handmade to order and made just for you, therefore they are non-refundable and cannot be returned, or cancelled. Once an order has been placed on the site we are unable to cancel the order for any reason. We will accept size exchanges for the same style ONLY within 10 days of receiving the order. Only one exchange per style will be accepted and the clothing must be in perfect condition to be considered for an exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only accept exchanges under specific circumstances on merchandise that is new, unworn, unwashed and with all garment tags attached and accompanied by all original packaging.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us and include a picture of the broken item.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at andreaghandmade@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
